What are the days and times?
July 28th through August 1st (Monday through Friday) from 9 AM to 12 PM. A snack will be provided (no lunch). On Monday, we recommend getting there between 8:30 and 8:45 AM to check in.
On Friday the 1st, there will be a Picnic and Performance of the songs/skits learned during the week. This begins at 6:00 PM, and ends around 8. Bring your own picnic food - homemade or KFC, whatever you wish!
Then, on Sunday, August 3rd, the children are invited back to sing their songs in church at the 10:15 AM service! There will be a picnic following the church service as well, in case you cannot make it to the Friday perfomance!
What does this cost?
NOTHING! Our VBS is a ministry of our church, and we delight in offering it free of charge!
What if my child has allergies?
We are a "tree-nut" and peanut free environment. Please indicate on your registration form what allergies your child has, and we will take steps to accomodate them. Letting us know allergies now helps us to plan our snacks!
What if my child has a medical condition?
Julie Holzer, the coordinator of the program, is a Registered Nurse (RN) and will be on campus the entire time. Please indicate on your registration form what the condition is, and we will plan accordingly. Also, make sure that you give us all the information we need to contact you in case of an emergency.
What if my child is not quite 3 1/2?
As long as your child is potty trained, and doesn't have seperation anxiety, we may be able to take them...especially if you are going to volunteer, or siblings will be present. We will review on a case by case basis, just let us know, using the "Additional Comments" field on the Registration Form.
